TA Builders broke ground on a luxury apartment complex in Coral Gables after obtaining an $18 million construction loan. Coral Gables-based Banesco USA provided the loan to Biltmore Development LLC, along with guarantors Luis Arevalo, David Torres, Ivan Gomez, Andres Fonte, Javier Flores, Francisco Flores, and Rafael Torres. It covers the 16,903-square-foot property at 701-711 Valencia Ave. Biltmore Development, an affiliate of Coral Gables-based TA Builders, assembled the property for a combined $2.
