A developer wants to change the land use of a property in Coral Gables to build a 13-story apartment complex. The city's Development Review Committee will consider plans for the 130 Almeria Avenue apartments on Oct. 28. The developer wants to change the land use on the 30,767-square-foot site at 130, 152, 160 Almeria Ave., 2701 Ponce de Leon Blvd., and 103 Sevilla Ave. to 'commercial high rise.' Miami-based Cade Capital Partners has the site under contract from Coral Gables-based Ponce 2019 LLC, according to the application.
