A pair of financial firms will open offices within a recently completed development in Coral Gables. Finanz Butik and Balanz USA signed two separate lease deals within the Plaza Coral Gables, a 2.25 million-square-foot project built by Miami-based Agave Holdings that includes a newly opened Loews Hotel, 174 apartments, 161,000-square-feet of retail, and 291,000 square feet of office. Finanz Butik, an investment banking firm led by Jorge Bauer, closed on a 13-year lease for 5,975 square feet of office on the 14th floor of the Plaza Coral Gables South Tower at 3011 Ponce de Leon Blvd.
