Powerhouse attorney and CEO John H. Ruiz now owns four homes on the same street in Gables Estates after his company paid $22 million for a Coral Gables mansion. The 6,289-square-foot home at 550 Arvida Parkway was sold by 550 Arvida Investment LLC, managed by Miami-based attorney Alfredo D. Xiques, to 550 Arvida Parkway Holdings LLC, managed by Ruiz and his wife Mayra Ruiz. Alex Pirez of Mocca Realty brokered the deal. City National Bank of Florida provided a $16 million mortgage to the buyer with the Ruiz couple listed as guarantors.
