A prominent Fort Lauderdale law firm will move its Coral Gables office into a smaller space next year. Becker & Poliakoff, also known as Becker, will move into a 6,500-square-foot space next year on the eight floor of the 15-story 2525 Ponce de Leon Boulevard building. Robert Orban of Cresa Miami negotiated the lease on behalf of Becker with the building's property manager, Rosemary Altare-Lemus of Hines. Becker will be moving out of the 121 Alhambra Plaza building, half a mile from 2525 Ponce de Leon, where the firm leases an entire 22,000-square-foot floor.
