A Coral Gables office building is nearly fully leased after six companies agreed to move into the six-story property, according to a release from Colliers International (Nasdaq: CIGI). The recently executed lease deals within 2990 Ponce at 2990 Ponce de Leon Blvd. added up to 45,000 square feet. Kevin Gonzalez and Jake Freeman of Colliers International represented 2990 Ponce's landlords, BEA Equities and Gildenson Real Estate. Renuity, a home improvement and residential remodeling network, will move into a 21,806-square-foot space at 2990 Ponce next month.
