Bacardi USA is moving its main offices to The Plaza Coral Gables, the Business Journal has learned. Two sources with knowledge of the deal said Bacardi USA will occupy about 100,000 square feet of office within Plaza Coral Gables' South Tower at 2901 Ponce De Leon Blvd. Completed last year, the South Tower is part of a 2.25-million-square foot mixed-use project that's being built by Miami-based Agave Holdings. Agave Holdings and Bacardi USA did not return inquiries by deadline. Plaza Coral Gables South Tower is less than 1,600 feet away from Bacardi USA's current headquarters at 2701 S.
