In honor of The Palace Coral Gables' tenth anniversary in The City Beautiful, the active retirement community is hosting 'Walk-the-Mile,' celebrating the city where residents live, play and thrive. Local stores, restaurants, service providers and entertainment and cultural venues will display photographic banners featuring Palace residents who are their patrons during a month-long celebration. 'Walk the Mile' kicks off August 4 with a VIP ribbon-cutting Friday evening and unveiling of the banners.
