Miami is listed as the slight favorite at +320. Duke and Virginia are second at +330. Syracuse plays Wake Forest at noon on Wednesday with the winner playing Miami. The Miami basketball team defeated Syracuse and Wake Forest earlier this season. Miami beat Syracuse 82-78 in Coral Gables in January and Wake Forest 96-87 at the Watsco Center last month.
