The University of Vermont men's basketball team's holiday break is longer than expected.The Catamounts (6-8) were prepared to travel to Coral Gables, Florida, home to No. 14 Miami, but weather-related travel issues forced the cancellation, according to the school's athletic department. There are no plans to reschedule the game.The cancellation brings an early end to the non-conference schedule for the Catamounts as UVM will resume play on the road against America East foe and last season's conference runner-up, Maryland-Baltimore County on New Year's Day.
