Coworking firm Knotel is opening its fourth location in South Florida. The Newmark-owned company signed a long-term lease for 23,700 square feet at Ofizzina, a office condo building in Coral Gables, Fla. Knotel plans to build out three full floors at the 16-story building, located at 1200 Ponce De Leon Boulevard. Offizina was developed by TSG Group and BF Group, and designed as 60 office condos. By early 2019, 47 of the units had been sold for a combined $52.5 million in 20 transactions, according to property records.
